If the disks were shipped from TSS, then they're definitely not HD-DVD or Blu-ray. Hi Jon, Sorry to hear that you're having troubles with your YDL disk. Please verify that the version that you have is indeed YDL 5.0.1 for Macintosh (should be written on the disk), as this will definitely cause problems if you were accidentally shipped the wrong version. If you have another Mac with a DVD drive, please test and see if that machine can boot from the DVD. It is also possible that you were unlucky enough to get bad media. The DVD's shipped from TSS are burned on high quality DVD-Rs with a professional DVD replicator (manufacturing glass mastered DVDs for Linux distributions, especially niche markets does not make for good economics). This is the first time I've heard of a coaster being burned, but it's definitely possible that it happened - no disk manufacturing or burning process is 100% error free (I have a small record label and we have had instances where pressed disks have come back with errors - it's very rare, but it happens). So, if you're stuck, please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] and someone will make sure that things are right for you. I'll let Heather know to keep an eye out for an email from you. Terra Soft definitely wants to ensure that its paying customers are happy campers.
