Regarding the difficulty you are reporting here, it appears that the package scim-libs is looking for various header files (listed in capital or upper case characters) which it can't find in the update you are trying to install. As I investigated this problem, I came across this note which you should read. It includes a fix for the problems you reported, here it is: http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-package-announce/2006-May/msg00082.html By the way, the numbers on the left are md5sum values so that you can check on the integrity of the files you choose to download.
