I'm not attempting to downplay the incredible loss you've experienced,
but I believe that all distributions of linux, unless otherwise stated,
come AS IS, with no warranty. Also, I'm positive that *all* linux
distributions *warn* users to *backup important data* before trying to
partition, format, or install.
Again, I'm sorry for your loss, I think it would've been a good idea to
make a backup of your important data before you tried to install YDL.

- althought it didn't install, it made all my harddisks "unmountable"
I mean, when I wanted to reboot macos all that I had on the screen was
this damned ?_disquette image
I had to reboot on a macos cd, REFORMAT ALL my 2 internal disks as well
as the external one... all these were corrupted by the ydl_5 installator
