You could keep this in one thread on one list for the purposes of archiving, and threading for us GMail users...
I've checked, and each subsection of KDE uses its own header RPM's. kdebase-devel, kdebindings-devel and kdelibs-devel should give you the needed headers to compile what you're working with.
