Ted/Derrick, I think the official policy is that it's available on the public mirrors two weeks after the the DVDs are released to those who want to buy it. For those who wish to wait the additional 2 weeks, you can download from public mirrors. Check this at http://www.terrasoftsolutions.com/products/ydl/delivery.shtml That should make it clear.
