Could be any number of things wrong with it that I could not guess at from here. First thing is to make sure you can connect to the Internet at all from YDL. You could even download the file using the same computer you used to download the DVD, copy the file onto a memory stick or burn it onto a CD or something. On the other hand, in the 20061208 version of the YDL DVD is the file you are trying to download in the YellowDog/RPMS directory. But the main problem you will have once you get the file is that a standard def TV is really too low a resolution for Linux graphics mode. It will work, but it will be barely usable.
