* move on to ghc 6.8.3
Unfortunately the interface of GHC API changed in this patchlevel.
The usual Shim method of testing __GLASGOW_HASKELL__ to adapt does
not work because it does not change for patchlevel release.
It it possible to adapt by using cabal config, but I think this
is overkill.
Fixes issue 140.
