* Refer to Theme in UIConfig rather than UIStyle
This is perhaps not the best implementation, but it sure beats littering the
code with extractValue's in several files. Before this change, extractValue was
hidden and configStyle could not easily be set in custom configurations. Now,
configTheme acts like configStyle had before, but with Themes instead of
UIStyles.
