What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure Yi to use the GTK frontend and the Vim keymap.
2. yi -fgtk test/data/perl_excerpts.pl
3. Split the window with "control-w s"
4. Hold down "j" until the cursor reaches the end of the window
The expectation is that the window containing the cursor will scroll but
not the other window. Instead both windows scroll.
