Issue 194: Impossible to bind shift-right (but shift-left is ok)

My config is in attach. I use terminal frontend.
Yi-0.5.0.1, Debian Linux, Glasgow Haskell Compiler, Version 6.8.2
The problem is that when I press shift-left the word "Left" appears in the
buffer but when I press shift-right nothing appears... Also it doesn't seem
to be occupied by any command in default Emacs keymap.
