It's a bit hard to know where to start without more information.
Can you tell us what release, layers and hardware you are using?
Are you able to reproduce the problem using runqemu ?
Are you able to reproduce the problem in poky/master or
a supported branch:
https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Releases ?
What conf/local.conf changes have you made?
What steps and commands do you run to see the error?
