I've had numerous issues in the past with codeaurora being down or
extremely slow, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was a network blip of
some kind. If it happens reliably in Yocto but never outside, let us
know, then there might be something wrong somewhere.
I recommend to host a PREMIRRORS on your premises so that you don't rely
on upstream websites being up.
