Hi, The image size of the sato-sdk image can exceeds 1GB. In this case, due to an old bug(https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2138, that has been fixed in the latest poky master's code) , directly doing dd the image into a USB disk can't make a bootable USB disk(it shows "No DEFAULT or UI configuration directive found").
Please try the latest poky master's code. Or, we can use another way to cope with the issue: please use the method mkdiskimage/mkdir/mount/cp/umount/syslinux mentioned in the below page http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/tree/README.hardware Thanks, -- Dexuan > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of "沈华明@qq" > Sent: Sunday, April 15, 2012 11:52 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [yocto] Can not boot with USB > > Hello, > I want to use the sdk image booting with usb flash disk, but the > board can not boot ...
