This is default configuration for poky-tiny and core-image-rt. Even with no changes to default configuration it fails to build.

It sounds like those libc options you've added have some dependencies or other configuration you're missing. I'm not sure what those are but it definitely looks like an unsupported set of eglibc configuration options combinations.
