Scrap that confusion... Yojimbo is the "sync client", so it acts as
the conduit between its datastore and the sync engine. That literally
means any type of data can be synchronized. Cool.

how does Sync Services "dive" into that and sync just the changes?
I've been trying to figure out synchronization logic for years
now. :-)
All I can say is that Yojimbo syncing has working great for me.

I'm not sure where you get that from. :-) Sync Services and .Mac
syncing are all about syncing incremental changes, not pushing the
whole file back and forth.
