As Steve mentioned, the issue with the "Automatically" setting is that often it won't work. :-) Although there's no such problem per se with the "Every Day" or "Every Week" options, if your Yojimbo info has a sufficiently large amount of changes, these less frequent intervals may never allow the sync process to 'catch up'. So, if "Every Day" works fine for you, by all means keep using that. :-) My previous post was to advise folks for whom syncing isn't working, in which case following those steps gives it the best chance of doing so.
