If this is such a common part of your workflow, isn't it worth your while to use an app that better supports your needs (e.g. OmniOutliner or something like Word)? I bet you could even find a couple apps that would let you copy and paste the content (with most, if not all, formatting intact) into a Yojimbo note once the meeting is over. BareBones could add all kinds of features to Yojimbo, but then it would be a mutant app and its core functionality would suffer.
