Hi Rick,
I do this frequently and it works for me. I use Firefox and use the
Print command from the drop-down menu on the top-right of the message
(just right of the "Reply" button), then use "Save PDF to Yojimbo"
from the print dialog window. If I want to capture the entire message
thread (conversation), I use the print all link in the right Gmail
frame and do the same thing. Both work beautifully.
If you don't use those two gmail buttons for printing, though, your
browser will print whichever window frame was most recently clicked
within, with the result you describe.
