Please bear in mind that until you empty Yojimbo's Trash, deleted items are
still stored, and thus will be synced.

That said, if Yojimbo contains an item "foo" which has been synced to .Mac,
then you delete "foo" and empty the trash, when Yojimbo next syncs, it will
notify .Mac that "foo" has been removed, and from there the change will
then propagate to any other machines you're syncing.
