This should fix the problem.

It's a real lifesaver and it's freeware.
RCDefaultApp is a nice piece of software, I use it myself. But I
don't think that's the issue here. Yojimbo is already set to open
both x-yojimbo-item and x-yojimbo URLs.
The problem is that the colon (:) from the Yojimbo specifier (x-
yojimbo-item://) is getting removed and "http://" is prepended onto
the URL when the Address Book link is clicked. The malformed URL then
gets passed to your default browser, which parses it and finds "x-
yojimbo-item" where the domain name should be. I see this with both
the Safari 3 beta and with Firefox 2.0.4. It also happens with file
URLs (e.g. file:///Users/dennis/test.png").
If you remove the "http://" from the URL in your browser's address
field and add the colon back in after "x-yojimbo-item" or "file", the
URL gets passed to the appropriate app and opens as expected.
Because this happens in both Safari and Firefox with multiple URL
types, I strongly suspect the root of the problem is with Address Book.
