If you enable "All controls" under System Preferences->Keyboard & Mouse->Keyboard Shortcuts->Full Keyboard Access, you can use tab to cycle between buttons in almost all dialogs (not just in Yojimbo). The selected button is shown by a blue "halo" distinct from the normal default button highlight, and pressing the space bar invokes the selected button (return and any other dialog shortcuts keep their conventional roles).
