Rick McGuire commented on YOKO-75:
----------------------------------

The CosNaming classes from geronimo-spec-corba are not sufficient to implement
server-side NamingContexts, as they don't include the server binding classes
(e.g., NamingContextExtPOA). The Geronimo jars contain only what Geronimo
needs from a client standpoint, but the ORB will need to be providing both the
client and server bindings.

> Create a CORBA spec that can be used by both Yoko and Geronimo

> We need a CORBA spec that can be used by both Yoko and Geronimo.
> Initially, it is not a requirement that all classes are generated from IDL,
> since this may be hard to achieve with the compilers available to us.
