Hi alan,

Can you create the jira issues that you find so that we know what needs to be 
done for the milestone release?

I had asked the question before regarding notices & licenses but drew a 
blank...

It needs to be versioned like the rest of the jars.  It also needs the 
Notices etc.  As a mater of fact, all our jars need them.  I notice that 
they do not.
