Ah the server port is in the yoko.server.Server java source code. Its
the endpoint address:
System.out.println("Starting Server");
Object implementor = new HelloWorldImpl();
String address = "corbaloc::localhost:40000/hw";
Endpoint.publish(address, implementor);

You would need to specify the address in the wsdl. corba:address extension
element of the wsdl:port. Take a look at the samples again for an example.
