There was some discussion earlier this year about ameliorating our
reliance on IONA by having some good architecture documentation. I
have created a set of issue based on Lars questions and are marked to
be completed before we attempt to graduate.

I invite the IONA team, and others, to create detailed and concrete
sub-tasks for these issues so that the work may be more easily
digested. I, for one, intend to use these sub-tasks as a guide for
some spelunking of my own and hope that others will follow me in.
