This mail is to update the YIS development status. Myself and Rajagopal started with PyQt3 nd Qt 3.3 as the package PyQt4 was not ready. We designed the UI in Qt3.3 Designer and also we had 90% translation working in which we managed to translate all English to German.So, i think Internationlization is just few steps left and am very happy to inform YoperDev about this.
Tobias had updated the repos to hold PyQt4 ( in development.yoper.com only ). I also downloaded Qt4. Unfortunately, whatever we had done with Qt3.3 Designer was not that compatible with Qt4 Designer and now we have no other go except for redoing the GUI in Qt4 Designer.
Most probably , by this weekend, myself and rajagopal have planned to complete the German translation.
We also need some help in translation. To start with Translation one can look into Rajagopal's blog http://yoperdev.blogspot.com/
I have also attached a "po" file which contains the English words and their corresponding translated strings. People who know German can review the file whether proper translation is done.
