I work for a backup software company. I can probably get my boss to donate a 
license for the project use. I need some details though.

if (We have access to the hardware) {
  We can put in a secondary hard disk and do full-system (Disaster Recovery)  
and incremental backups for the entire system. Also, we can offload the 
backups offsite in-case we want to migrate to different hardware (or go with 
another provider).
} elseif (we only have remote root access) {
  We can still do offsite full-system and incremental backups since it works 
on tcp/ip protocol.
} else {
# No root access
  If someone has a good rsync script, I can try to find some space somewhere.
}
