Hi Tobias and all,

Question from my side: Yoper itself is working quite reliable. What do
you guys think? Shall we go ahead with pushing out new releases using
the old installer or wait till a newer / better version is available?

I think its high time we had a release. We can release *RC-1* where we can
have the CLI installer if its stable enough and does its work of installing
:) (I am sure it is, as the previous versions was :D). The RC-2 can have all
Installer Options completed where we manage the Bootloader options still
more better and add other distros or windows OS to Grub.I still say that we
developers could stabilize Graphical Installer, test as much as possible and
then release it.Graphical Installer is not that easy :)

Are we going to stay with Grub or Lilo ? . Lilo takes a hell lot of time to
load Yoper and Configurations are also little bit difficult than configuring
Grub :(.

The new release can be called *Yoper BlackSand RC-1*

As a sidenote, actually I am not very interested in writing and
maintaining an installer (and never was). So I'd really like to get
that task off of me. Rethorical question: Any volunteers to step in
and lift the workload a bit ?

I will be free after I come to NZ and I would actively involve
then.Sorryfor not being active now :(
