Click the "update issue" below attached files. Then you should be redirected to a page where you can edit all available fields for the issue and add notes. Then click update information at the bottom of the page after you are done editing.

I dont think we really need localized bugtracking, but why not add it if updating mantis is easy.
I'll ask Florian, the admin of the server. As far as I remember he did the installation himself. Let's see what he thinks.
