Hi Harris, you should have a root password, at least the installer must have asked for it to you. Asumming you remember that password, do:
su - (enter root password) nano /etc/passwd Then you should see a line starting by 'harris winer family'. Replace 'harris winer family' for simply 'harris'. Becareful not to change anything else as this is a very important file. Save (Ctrl+O) and exit (Ctrl+X) If you also need to change your old password, issue: passwd harris (Type your new password) If you have any further problem, please, post your questions at http://www.yoper.com/forum/ There are a lot of user willing to help you out.
