I'm now completely at a loss with this :(
I'm now thinking it's some sort of timing issue. If I delay fxRtext in part by
3 fltk refreshes it's *mostly* correct when loading from a bank, but still
quite wrong when loading an external instrument - although this mostly follows
the same route!
Pasting is of course still quite wrong.
I can't make sense of the redraw code itself. It makes calls into the main code
where it picks up values from an extra function specifically to convert the
actual EQ data, and then it's all cryptic 1 and 2 letter variable that don't
mean a thing.
I'm giving up on this - I'm simply wasting time and achieving nothing :(
