These are now essentially complete (but there's still cleanups of redundant
code to do).
All manual changes to config entries are now saved immediately, and not when
closing down.
No CLI start or state load will have any effect on the base config or stored
instance, but if loaded and then specific entries are changed, these specifics
will be stored.
As well as stand-alone I've checked the LV2 performance and as far as I can
tell everything is correct. In the process I've collapsed the control values for
instances into a continuous list, starting at 16, to allow some space for more
base config parameters.
Finally, I've updated the Control Data HTML guide.
