I've just pushed a temporary fix for this to the current master.
When in mono mode Subsynth doesn't create or use the RH channel. However
something connected with legato was still trying to access it. I couldn't find
what it was, so simply made it still initialise it.
Obviously we need to find out what the *actual* problem is.
