Just a note that I've been going through this with a fine tooth comb - Some
parts were well out-of-date, and even occasionally completely wrong. That's no
criticism of Chris Ahlstrom, who originally created it from scraps scattered
around the 'net.
Currently standing at 315 pages, it's a lot of work and surprisingly tiring, so
I might be a bit out of sync with development work.
Fortunately we have Art Horan doing an excellent job of proofreading. He
doesn't seem to miss a thing, and also adds useful suggestions for improving
wording and grammar.
Later I may recheck the more lightweight HTML guide later, although I think
that's pretty much up-to-date.
