With all the recent changes, when running stand-alone, with my test program I'm not seeing any noticeable change in behaviour.
For LV2, Qtractor and Ardour run without issues (and Ardour runs with a slightly lower CPU load) but with both of these occasionally if you open the GUI before any notes have sounded it will crash - suggesting something in the GUI isn't being initialised - could that be FLTK itself. We had that problem before. I've had a poke around in the code but can't see anything obvious :( Muse still has that weird program change issue running on Intel, and also has quite a few Xruns during the run on all platforms. It also has that occasional crash when opening the GUI before running.
