With the latest irritating bag situation I'm a bit conflicted. We either need to set a bugfix release by tomorrow at the very latest, or leave it till after LAC, and roll it into other improvements.
One particular improvement I want to look at is hiding the potential storm of CLI reports for blind users. Regarding the MidiLearn Error, it's very unlikely that anyone will hit it before LAC. It will only show up with learn files created before 2/1/2023. Similarly, wrongly clearing the partsChanged flag still leaves people better informed than before.
