Not unless you have a backup. It's so easy to export your contacts as a tab delimited file there is no excuse. In Entourage 2008 you can use the new Automator actions to schedule this with iCal. It might even be one of the Entourage 2004 actions. I don't have a list of those to compare. Look for Export Entourage Contacts. Save as iCal plugin and edit for backup times. I also strongly urge you to backup all of your data in Entourage on a regular basis. Keep snapshots like Time Machine so you can roll back.
