You have to enable time zone support in iCal and Entourage on both
machines,
Q2--Entourage category problem--
Why does category not carry from Ent Mail to Ent Calendar?
Nope.
They don’t sync through SyncServices.
Q3--time zone coding problem--
Where is time zone coded in Mac Mail or Mac iCal?
Mail doesn't have to support timezones since it doesn't manage the
events.
In iCal, you need to edit the Preferences>Advanced to enable time zone
support.
