This is a Finder issue. The Finder sees the file as two separate files with the same name. > > This use to work, but now reports an error and suggests rebuilding the > database and trying again. I have, but it still produces an error. Let's be sure the file is not being saved in the Entourage "save attachments" folder. This might be causing the rebuild error. I have seen cases where the user received the rebuild error and this was fixed by simply moving the Microsoft User Data folder to the desktop. Let Entourage create a new one, then move the individual folders back to the new Microsoft User Data folder. > > Mind you, after the problem I encountered with saving attachments of any kind > in the past, now mostly fixed, I'm not going to complain too loudly, but it > still is a bit annoying. > > Has anyone else experienced this problem? You could use Save As and name it with the date to differentiate between the versions. -- Diane YouTalk mailing list List address: [email protected] List information: http://entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
