I have two mail boxes in Entourage. A friend sent an email to both boxes. I
received the email in one box, never received it in the other. We
experimented w/this for over a week and the problem continued.

Any suggestions as to  how I can receive the email in my other box?

I use RoadRunner; she uses Yahoo.  Is it an Entourage problem or a provider
problem?
