Some possible options.

* Your ISP has blacklisted their ISP.

* You have a rule that is moving them into another folder. Try turning off
All rules by unchecking them (this includes your Mailing List Manager rules)
and test receiving. (this one is the most likely culprit!)

Your virus software is doing something to these emails.

You could use a test word that doesn't exist so an advanced search of
Entourage will easily find the email. I like qquark for testing. In
Entourage 2008 the Spotlight search would easily find it.
