Bill, First off, Happy New Year. Thanks for getting back to me. I'm using Entourage:mac version 11.4.0 Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac. All the contacts are in my address book and I have it backed up on a external back up hard drive. I'm not sure what you mean how I'm synching. But, maybe the fact that I synch using Itunes for my Iphone is what you are looking to know. Ken
