Within Entourage I have an "Inbox" and under the inbox folders set up to organize incoming mail. In a recent development (I have been using Entourage for nearly 2 years), whenever I read an email in my "Inbox" and then go to any other folder within Entourage, the recently read email is deleted - completely gone as far as I can tell. Not in deleted files/mail, not in another folder, etc. - simply vanished. I have been able to grab the lost email back off of my web hosted email provider, but something is going on that I don't know how to resolve. Any help?
