HI Diane,

I wasn't sure if I could join a thread, or even how to access it, so I have
included the information requested below.

Here is the information requested:

Using Entourage 12.1.5
Mac OSX 10.5.6

The problem is a corrupted Entourage database. I have tried running the
Microsoft Database Utility, but this has not solved the problem.  I have
also tried restoring my old identity using Time Machine, but this did not
work, and I fear I may have simply replaced the newer corrupted identity
with an older one.

I am trying to find a strategy to restore my corrupted database. Is there
any other software out there?

   1. Identify the version of Entourage that you are using. Often there are
   different solutions for different versions. How to find version

   2. Identify the version of the OS that you are using. For OS X it's under
   the Blue Apple in the menu bar....*About this Mac*
   3. For Send & Receive problems, identify the type of account. Is it a
   POP, IMAP, Exchange or a web based account? Don't know? See
Accounts<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/accounts/index.html>
   4. Give as much detail about your problem and what you have done so far
   to troubleshoot. Just saying that I have tried all the suggestions on the
   list doesn't mean very much. Saying "it just doesn't work" isn't helpful
   either. Give details!
   5. Include a screenshot link using a service like
ImageShack<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/report.html#imageshack>
