HI Diane, I wasn't sure if I could join a thread, or even how to access it, so I have included the information requested below.
Here is the information requested: Using Entourage 12.1.5 Mac OSX 10.5.6 The problem is a corrupted Entourage database. I have tried running the Microsoft Database Utility, but this has not solved the problem. I have also tried restoring my old identity using Time Machine, but this did not work, and I fear I may have simply replaced the newer corrupted identity with an older one. I am trying to find a strategy to restore my corrupted database. Is there any other software out there? Thanks, Marc 1. Identify the version of Entourage that you are using. For OS X it's under the Blue Apple in the menu bar....*About this Mac* 3. For Send & Receive problems, identify the type of account. Is it a POP, IMAP, Exchange or a web based account? Don't know? Just saying that I have tried all the suggestions on the list doesn't mean very much. Saying "it just doesn't work" isn't helpful either. Give details! 5.
