Groups in Entourage will only contain lists of E-mail addresses in the form
of:
My Name <[email protected]>
This is what you'll copy from the PDF and paste into the Entourage group.
You then need to go through the process of exporting from Thunderbird to a
tab-delimited file and importing that into Entourage's Address Book for the
rest of the information.
Email addresses in an Entourage group are not associated with contact
records in your Address Book. It's possible have E-mail addresses in an
Entourage group that aren't in your Address Book.
