Corentin-
I am not able to download the cert. I go the site, and login. When I click on
the Lock, a dialog box does pop up, showing a verisign cert. But if I click on
this, or any other part of the dialog, nothing happens. I don't see how to
"download" it. Tried right-click etc, all produce no result. Same result at
me.com - I get the dialog up, but no way to download that I can find.

Am I missing something about how to download it? -Bob

You need to import the root certificate. If your webmail is on the
same server you entered in Entourage, it should be doable.
- Connect to Webmail through SSL in Safari
- if you get a dialog about the certificate, expand it (of you don't,
click on the little padlock indicating a secure connection to bring it
up)
- go down the dialog and you'll find links to certificates.

You can use these links to download the root certificate. Once
downloaded, double-click it to import it in your Login keychain (in
Leopard - X509Anchors in Tiger).
