User running Entourage 12.1.7/ Mac OS 10.5.6. Account is Exchange
Macbook Pro 2.4 GHZ Intel Core Duo, 4 gb RAM Here's the problem. Users incoming email is arbitrarily marked as "Read". It arrives to the inbox as "Unread" but without any user interaction, the messages change status to "Read" after a random interval. This can be as little as a few minutes to as long as several hours. The only other device accessing her exchange account is an iPhone and we've tried physically shutting it off for a period of time to test if that's what was causing the status change without any difference. Mail provider is running Exchange 2007 and claims eveything is nominal at their end. Anyone seen this before?
