Just to follow up, thatÂ’s what it was. Several multiday personal appointments 
that were all set to busy.

FYI: It sucks that the free/busy indicator is hidden in a menu item and not a 
radio check box in the meeting windows when you create it.

What does the user's calendar actually look like? Does he schedule a lot of
all-day events without setting them to "Free"?
