I could have saved a lot of time and aggravation by going to the web page. I looked but was in a hurry and could not find the examples. One other thing I have noticed is when you set up the smtp settings and check the button to "Use the same settings as receiving mail server" the boxes for ID, Password and check to save password to the OS X keychain are blank. They will stay blank until you click on Save. Entourage will then fill in the blanks based on you POP settings. This is normal and should be expected. The first time I revised the settings I was concerned when I noticed the information completed.
