Another way is to take the incoming mail (with all the TO names), and hit
"Forward".
Entourage (2004, in my case) puts all the previous email addresses into the
body of the new message.
I copied them all, pasted them into MS Word, and then did a Replace...
,[space] (just a space, no brackets, no word)
With
[paragraph return] (literally ^p no brackets)
This gave me an email list, which I could use for whatever purposed.
The email addresses in this new list are <surrounded by chevrons>, so you
might need to do a Replace... for those, too.
